The Airwave Broadband support team offers local support to all AirWave customers.

We offer free telephone or e-mail support to help with any questions or problems you have with the configuration or installation of AirWave wireless equipment and software.*  Visit our self help tech-support web site. It contains easy to follow direction to many configuration problems and questions you might have regarding our service. (Click the self help button at bottom of this page)

We also offer local onsite services for a nominal fee. We also offer discounts to any AirWave customer who in in need of other hardware or software support or services.

AirWave Broadband knows that your connection is very important to you. We have system support technicians watching and checking our system 24hrs a day 365 days a year. We want you to know that we take your connection to us very seriously.

Any other hardware and or software support will incur a service charge for technical help. Local support numbers may or may not be in your local dialing area and therefore you may incur a long distance charge for calling the support team
