Airwave Broadband Wireless provides Internet Service (Service) subject to the following terms and conditions.

PLEASE READ THIS DISCLAIMER CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICE. BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

Airwave Broadband Wireless Service uses reliable high quality, high performance equipment to bring you wireless internet connectivity. However, as with any electronic piece of equipment it is subject to malfunction, damage from vandals, acts of nature and other situations not under our control.

Every effort will be made to provide continuous non-interrupted service. Airwave Broadband Wireless cannot and will not guarantee 100% system up time.

Like all wireless internet service providers our service is carried to you using radio transmitters operating on the microwave frequency band. This frequency is very stable and predictable. However, all microwave frequency bands must be in a un-obstructed line of site condition at all times. Trees, buildings, and other obstructions will interfere with your ability to access the service. Therefore Airwave Broadband cannot and will not be responsible for any obstruction that blocks your line of site. It is your responsibility to assure antenna placement to connect to us. If we install the antenna we will certify connectivity and show you so at the time of installation. However we cannot guarantee your antenna will not in the future be blocked by construction, tree growth etc. We will be happy to assist you anytime antenna line of site problems occurs. Any such assistance will incur a service call charge for labor and any additional parts needed.

We at Airwave Broadband Wireless are bringing you high-speed Internet connectivity. However, there are some important issues you, the user must understand. Your connection to us is high speed. Our connection to our backbone provider is also very high speed. But once your data leaves our system it is subject to Internet latencies, router jams, outages and various other problems. Sites that you may be trying to reach and use may be down or unavailable to you. Since Airwave has absolutely no control over anything once it leaves our system we cannot guarantee any performance or usage problems beyond our own system. Download speeds can be very degraded by the speed and availability of the server from which you are downloading from and, their bandwidth availability and or, internet routing jams, latencies, outages etc.

To insure our e-mail system reliability we use redundant mail servers located in different geographical areas. We feel this will insure 99.9% reliability. How our mail system works. When you send mail it leaves our mail server and is routed to the destination mail server. If that server rejects that mail, your mail will be returned with an error message of that rejection. Likewise, if the destination mail server is down our mail server will try to deliver it for several days. If no answer it will send an error message back to you stating so. If the destination mail server accepts your mail you will not see any returned mail error messages. Airwave cannot be responsible for lost mail received by other internet service providers. ( In your case the term "no news is good news" really applies here.)

All of us here at Airwave Broadband Wireless want you to know that we value you as our customer and friend. If for any reason you have any concerns or questions please feel free to contact us. We promise to do everything we can to keep our service reliable, enjoyable, and cost effective. We take each and every customers comments and suggestions ( good or bad ) very seriously.
